Rumii’s vision is that every smartphone globally is supplied as a mental wellness guardian; turning passive raw sensor data into behavioural insights, to know the right time to proactively offer support and help keep the balance; to give young people navigating every ‘first’, compassionate, timely support that helps them understand and regulate their emotional world - before it shapes their whole world.

Rumii is founded by Dr Fin, a Consultant Clinical Psychologist who experienced her own challenges as a teenager and has since dedicated over 20 years working to improve access to support for young people.

It gives that data to your Ai Mentor, who uses CBT and CFT (Compassion-Focussed Therapy) frameworks to help you understand more about what's impacting your behaviours and helps set small achievable goals to get you back on track.
